"It was my 3rd time staying at Kimpton Maa-Lai. As it always has been, Kimpton Maa-Lai was a perfect place to spend my holiday. Staffs were amazing! Unfortunately I don’t remeber their names but I was happy to see the familiar faces again. They are the best! They do know what they are doning and they are looking forward ti find a better way ti satisfy their customers and they do seem like they are enjoying what they are doing.
