The breakfast buffet can be a little chaotic because of the number of guests, but the restaurant staff handle the crowds quite well. Afternoon tea and a light supper at the Bloom and Brew cafe were very enjoyable. Lastly, the location of this hotel, between two BTS stations and adjacent to the Royal Bangkok Sports Club is perfect."

"I had the room connect and both smelled of mildew. I think there may be a pipe issue as well but site overall was ok. The check in staff however was outstanding and honestly would book again because of the front desk staff anything we needed or address happened before I could hang up the phone.
