was a 5-night stay. We prepaid for the room through Expedia. Hotel asked for a credit card for incidentals which I provided.
Within a few hours of arriving, and every day after, my card was charged for another night's stay. Finally got that corrected at the front desk. Two days after we checked out, they billed my card for another night's stay.
Had to contact my credit card company and file a dispute.
Never had any maid service the entire time. Had to go to the front desk just to get toilet paper. Carpet was stained and dirty. Hotel was not full but the room that we got was right next to the kitchen. Very noisey. Ran out of coffee and plates twice during breakfast.
New owner from what we were told when we checked in.
Shampoo was only half full as was the liquid soap. Left over from last guest.
The massage jets in the tub were coated with mold.
Breakfast was weak at best. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and this one rates in the bottom 1%
No one at the desk when we were ready to check out.
