“we reserved a room online for the Dream hotel but when we got there at night we got rejected because they told us they were full however when we went online they took our money with our reservation. They showed us a scam copy claiming that they did not did not take the money however when we check their bank statements it showed that they did. “El San Juan is a classic close to airport and with good pools and beach. Property is a little worse for wear and incessant bass music unwelcome. Should have a quiet adult pool. Service is slow at best.”

“When we first got to the room smelled like mildew. Looked like no one cleaned the room. The bed was made but sheets and thin blanket was stained. There was a glass side table in the middle and the glass part was sticky and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. There was hair from previous people all over the room and the table. The floor was dirty and hadn’t been swept or mopped. Was an absolute disaster. Had no choice to stay because everything on the area we was staying was booked up....
