8.4/10 Very Good! (1,003 reviews)
Although the rooms are small by American standards, they are nicely designed and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great with good selection of French cheeses, French pastries and a variety of teas. Great location with rue Saint Lazare and Boulevard des Martyrs giving you a genuine taste of French art de vivre with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all sorts of shops.

8.4/10 Very Good! (643 reviews)
Very small but comfortable room for one. Ti y shower makes turning round inside difficult. No bar soap. Breakfast was often not kept tidy or stocked. Coffee maker apparently broken, coffee not good - watery. Charged 6 Euro for a can of Perrier water ( no indication of cost provided ahead of time). Receptionist playing loud soap
Opera program during breakfast. Little contact from staff. Housekeeping effective and professional. Location is superb for Metro and walking to key sites.

9/10 Wonderful! (769 reviews)
Very polite helpful staff, nice welcome. Small but nice room but very little clothes hanging space. The shower water leaked all over the bathroom floor because of the design. Good central location.

7.8/10 Good! (801 reviews)
"Nice comfortable hotel but it had some issues. Reception was friendly and easy. Parking was convenient. Room was clean and comfortable but it was too warm to sleep. There was no window we could open, only a door. Being on the ground floor, that was not ideal. The onsite restaurant & bar was closed ..."
