“Liked the location close to metro.. room was comfortable if small. Didn't like the lack of reception staff on site and found the lockers for storing luggage frustrating.”

“It was mentioned that there was no front desk. However, there were no responses to my messages. None, whatsoever.

“We loved this stay- we ended up changing to this location when our other hotel did not work out. The process was easy and even had convenient luggage storage before we could check in. The amenities were great as was the location. We would stay here again if ever in the area.”

“Clean and Cozy. Great accessibility with bus, subway, and Atocha station.”
