Breakfast had good option range and was ok but not great. The facilities would benefit from more maintenance but overall package was still worth the price. "

"Centered in the heart of the Medina. Very warm welcome on arrival. Beautiful traditional Riad feel from when you walk through the door. Be prepared for many steps to climb or be sure to ask for a room on lower floors. Extremely spacious room. Nicely laid out. Traditional bathroom though no actual shower, only a shower head laying in the bath and no shower curtain which proved awkward and inconvenient. Exceptionally noisy from early morning with other guests and music playing. Room doesn’t block...

"We were well looked after by Phillipe and Samira and his staff during our 5 night stay. I went with specific dietary requirements which were met in full, thanks Phillipe. The children loved the pool (very clean) and the gardens (especially the tortoises) and they were lucky to have friends to play with. We hadn't realised there were set meals for dinner but they were really nice and the children could choose what they wanted (within reason). "

You don't get flat screen TVs and mini bars but you do get a comfy clean bed, a simple breakfast and a warm welcome from the owner as well as a great location to explore Essauoira from. For the money paid, this is an absolute bargain. It is not 5 star luxury but if you just want a bed for the night you really can't go wrong"

"A mixed review. We had to book two rooms as we are engaged but not married. We paid for two, but only used one. Apparently their culture and Norms. No mention of this on hotels.com website. The hotel is in real need of a good deep clean and an update. It was filthy. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The price was good and the breakfast was very good and is included in the rate. Be careful of the extra euro 2.50 city per person per room! Also the exchange rate the hotel gives when...
