โThe staff is amazing and very helpful. Specially Mrs. Hillarine Joseph who gave us the warmest welcome ever to a hotel. Very carismatic and she even sang happy birthday to my husband. This trip was his Bday gift and we really enjoy the mega convenience location of this place, with access in just a minute to the shops, restaurants, charters boats, and a really comfy room, nice A/C and amenities. I highly recommend this place on your first or next visit to St. Croix.โ
โSimple hotel, not fancy, even though it is in need of repair it was perfect for my family of 11. We reserved 4 rooms. Very clean, nice and comfortable beds. Very affordable, the beach was perfect, and the ferry was very reliable.โ
โThe staff were so pleasant and the rooms were kept very clean. The space itself is so beautiful and on a great part of the beach in Frederiksted. Anyone looking to stay in St. Croix and on the west shore should strongly consider staying at Sand Castle on the Beach.โ
โWe stayed in coral room which is in a courtyard very safe with digital locks for room and courtyard at night! Turquoise blue shallow water right across the street for snorkeling/swimming. On site restaurant and bar was great and other dining options in any direction walkable. Plenty of local history and the people you meet are super friendly!โ
โEvery single person on the staff was helpful and welcoming. This recently-renovated property is right on the ocean. Even though we visited past peak season (so it wasn't busy) we were treated so well by the staff. Food and drinks were top-notch. They have Japanese food on the weekend, and really good sanwiches, pizza, etc. in the bar. I will miss the cool, spacious room and the view from the balcony. โI loved everything about the place , staff was excellent. Casino across the street was nice. The only thing i wasn't happy about was the Tuscany restaurant wasn't open every day, so dinner buffet wasn't that great, especially the money we paid to stay thete. Stoll we enjoyed ourselves. happy โ
