We enjoyed our stay and view of ships and boats from our balcony. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was ok, just need to be a little softer when talking to guest on the phone (only one lady...don't recall her name) but overall stay was nice.

Having to wait for golf carts if you didn't want to climb up or down the many, many stairs to get from the mountain side rooms to the lobby area, restaurant, beach and ground floor pool and back again was aggravating at times. Our stay at the Westin was great , all of our needs were met by pretty much the restaurants and bars. It was great we could visit the sister resort with a free shuttle or short walk along the coastline. Property was beautiful!!!
