Staff was mis informative and almost made us miss our flight

Had a great stay at Shanghai-La. The staff and concierge were so helpful and friendly. Would recommend highly and can’t wait to go back again.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to rest after a long day.

Pros: -Location -Staff Cons: -Smelly lobby and rooms because of the restaurant underneath; nobody likes to wake up with a smell of soy sauce and onions; utterly horrible! -Curtains in the room was dirty -Rain shower was leaking
