This was late at night in the pouring rain...we eventually found another hotel and spent over $100 USD more for it...all because the code didn't work and we couldn't get in. I contacted hotels.com and asked for a refund, but they wouldn't give it to me because the property owner wouldn't agree to it. Obviously, there's a risk with...

"Atendimento muito demorado para realização do check-in. Fiquei parado por 2 horas na frente do apartamento esperando alguem me atender via canal de comunicação indicado. O apartamento estava péssimo em relação a limpeza. E estadias mais longas, como foi meu caso, seria bom ter mais toalhas, sabonetes e etc. Outro ponto importante: O CHUVEIRO NAO ESQUENTA, TOMEI VARIOS BANHOS GELADOS."
