"I always stay at this Hampton Inn location. The staff is wonderful & the pool is always warm for my little granddaughter. Upon checking in, there was a sein at the front desk saying the pool was open, but the heater was broken. I questioned changing my reservation to a different location because we swim so much. Anbritt promptly picked up the phone and made a call, arranging for us to have access to the pool at the Doubletree, which shares the same parking lot. I was so grateful that we did not have to move to a different location. One more reason, we will always stay at the Norfolk Airport Hampton Inn."

"Please provide turkey bacon or sausage for breakfast options. Everybody doesn’t eat pork. I didn’t security in the lobby or in the parking lot. I’d like to see security at my next visit. Thank you!!!"
