Very nice place to stay. Staff were excellent. The burgers in the balcony restaurant were outstanding. The shuttle service was very good. We parked our car upon arrival and didn’t use it the whole time we were there. We walked or used the shuttle for the places we wanted to go.

Best Western Inn of the Ozarks
Check in was fast and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. There was lots of free parking. The Wi-Fi was free but we were in one of the outer buildings and the connection was slow.

The hotel is showing its wear and tear bathrooms. Weren’t all that clean. There was never enough hot water. The hotel is dated, but that doesn’t matter. The room was clean, the staff was fantastic and they’re pet friendly. If you need a pet friendly hotel in eureka springs look no further.
