"The hotel is very nice and decent . It’s actually the cheapest I found in the area. Everything has a parking fee. For this hotel it’s $20 per night. I love that it has microwave and fridge. 4 towels that’s enough for the 4 of us(2adult, 2kids). Breakfast is awesome! They even have an omelet shef. I appreciate it all, the only thing is we stayed for two nights but they only service one of my bed, they didn’t replace towels and trash. I guess I have to ask for it?. There is a guard at night for check in. Coffee in the lobby is 24hrs and fresh. If I will visit the town, I’ll come back again and stay here. Also it’s only 9mins walk from the trolley stop(we did the hop on hop off trolley bus)."

"This is a wonderful and convenient option for a stay in Nashville. The facilities are clean, staff are accommodating and friendly, and the on site restaurants are very good. Pool area offers plenty of shade options as well as sunny spots. The in pool loungers are a really nice touch! Great music and entertainment as well. "

"The staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant they made my fiance and I feel at home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen staff made sure everything was fresh and hot, and the housekeepers made sure we had clean towels daily. The hotel was very clean and organized. From Dani and John we want to give a huge thank you to Jeff the GM, Chris our bartender, and Kelly and E our front desk. You guys made our stay special with great conversation and laughter. Our next visit again will be at the Hyatt Nashville / Brentwood for sure. Thank you guys for everything. "

"Fast internet, did not participate in the pool"

"The computer system was down upon check-in, which was causing quite a delay, but the staff was nice. Our room was cleaned the first day, but was not cleaned the second day. We had to get our own towels and washcloths. I would not recommend the breakfast buffet. it was overpriced and the food was luke warm. I thought the price of the buffet was half of the cost it ended up being but it could not be refunded. Be prepared to pay $35 a day for parking. "
