"It was a very quiet area which was perfect because we only came for work. Mainly just needed for sleep at night. The large bathroom and extra sink was great having 3 adults and a child trying to get ready in the mornings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great for the price."

"The staff were absolutely the best part of our stay. So friendly and helpful, seemed to take pride in their job and were lovely to chat with. The hotel had everything we needed and was pretty quiet. The breakfast menu was simple, but really good each morning we were there. Definitely be back."

"The Briar Resort is very charming & quaint. It has a lot of history & character. We had an excellent salmon dinner our first night & daily breakfasts were good. It was disappointing that the pool & hot tub were not working. There were no spa services available. No communication in advance by the resort or Expedia was given about this."
