"We loved the location and we enjoyed a very nice, clean room. The only thing was below expectations, was the tv, as it didn't work very well. However, we didn't visit Denver to watch tv, but it was something that can be fixed easily. The bathroom was impeccable, the view from our 16th level room was superb. Overall, very happy and we'll go back in the near future without hesitation. "
"The stay was FANTASTIC! The only issue I have is that the breakfast was NOT free. For me and my significant other it was about 70$ each time we went. It was delicious, but false advertised. Everything else was exceptional."
"The valet service was nice, but a little costly. You don’t have to use their valet service there are other parking options outside of the hotel. I find using their garage is a bit safer. Didn’t really have an opportunity to try the early breakfast, but the bar and snack area was nice and had plenty of options. The hotel staff was great and professional. The surrounding areas were fine with a lot of dining and shopping options. I would definitely st.y there again in the future "
"Can't say enough about Limelight Hotel! First, the hotel itself is beautiful -- gorgeous wood detailing, spacious hallways with tall ceilings, clean, a very popular DIY coffee/espresso machine in the lobby, etc. The staff, though, they really made it a special visit. We were there for one night to celebrate our 8YO son's birthday -- we had just gotten off a 32-hour train ride from Sacramento to Denver, and we requested a room with a view of Union Station (he's obsessed with trains). Not only did they deliver with a beautiful view on the top floor, but they also surprised us with a few treats for the birthday boy -- a stuffed animal he'll treasure for years to come and a bucket full of drinks to enjoy. Simple but so thoughtful! Thank YOU Limelight staff!! If we're ever in Denver again, we know exactly where we'll book :)"
Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"Alyssa is the kind of professional who quietly sets the standard and makes everyone around her better. From the very first interaction, it was clear she approaches her role with intention, pride, and a deep understanding of what true hospitality looks like. Nothing felt rushed, transactional, or scripted. Every touchpoint was thoughtful, calm, and handled with care.
What stood out most was her consistency. In a fast paced, high volume environment, Alyssa never missed a beat. She communicated clearly, followed through exactly as promised, and made complex logistics feel effortless. That level of reliability does not happen by accident. It speaks to strong leadership, excellent training, and a management team that clearly empowers their people to take ownership and make smart decisions.
Alyssa carries herself like a leader. She anticipates needs before they surface, problem solves with confidence, and maintains a warm, professional presence even when the pace is demanding.
You can tell she takes her responsibility seriously and understands how her role impacts the overall guest experience. That awareness and accountability reflect extremely well on her management and the culture they have built.
This is the kind of employee every organization hopes to retain and grow. Alyssa does not just meet expectations, she elevates them. Her performance feels promotion worthy, not because she asks for recognition, but because her work naturally earns it. Hyatt is fortunate to have her, "
