“No evening restaurant was a bit inconvenient The only real issue is there is only parking for about 7 cars which has to be prebooked and nothing tells you when booking on the site So we had to find on street parking some way away.”

“Double room on small size. Bed was a small double. Sea view was lovely. Breakfast was good. Limited parking managed to get space for 3 nights. Had problem with leaking toilet from 1st day. Reported every day, never seemed to resolve. Towels stuffed at back of toilet to soak up. Not great. Only sorted we think on day left.”

“Lovely stay, room spacious and had lovely view of the sea. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only thing I would suggest is that the £13 for breakfast for the continental was a bit high especially for my dad as he only had a bowl of cereal, there was a good selection though. Maybe two separate prices as the full English was definitely worth the money.”

“Good hotel with an excellent breakfast and located near the beach ⛱️. Rooms are old style but cleaned.. Staff was co operative and helpful but reception was closed after 8 pm and you may rely on the person available in Bar. Bathroom flooring was old and making sound. Someone creating noise out floor in midnight. As building is old, you may hear loads of noises while someone walks on the floor. Overall a good hotel within a budget stay”

“Tired and needing a good airing, but a good space with useful amenities. Having booked 2 double rooms we were given a suite and a double room - but the suite had no hot water so everyone had to use the other bathroom. The location was great and parking easily available. Beds were quite comfortable.”

“I have stayed at this hotel several times, and generally have had great experiences (I love the beachfront location, the convenience for the center of Exmouth, and the Premier Inn consistency). This visit was however disappointing - the hotel is undergoing major external renovations and is covered in scaffolding. No advance notice from Expedia or Premier Inn of this. Arrived at 2:45pm and asked if I could check in - was told that I could check in (15 mins early) for a large fee. Elected to wait...
