For the price the hotel was great. Our room was ok but the shower did not work properly and nothing was done when I reported it. I’m assuming this was because the hotel was closing after our visit. Also parking at the location was very limited and unless you were aware that you had to prebook a space, you had to park on the street which was also very limited. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would have stayed there again but as it’s now closed this is not to be.

The property looked like a victorian massive elegant house it was lovely had everything there you needed, beds were big and very clean had a good night's sleep, breakfast was plentiful and a good choice continental, cereals juices full English, or various others like egg or beans on toast sausage / bacon sandwich plus tea and coffee. Had a lovely sea view of Exmouth also had a bar couldnt fault anything ,would definitely recommend 5 stars. Staff were very friendly.

Comfortable beds and an acceptable breakfast, but with little choice. The hotel was very run down, the bedroom window was badly rotten, and the bathroom was in great need of a refurbishment. The 'luxury toiletries' that were promised on the website consisted of one bottle of an unbranded liquid hand wash. This property is part of the Richardson Hotel Group and I would not use any of their hotels again!

Property is dated carpet quite dirty in the bedroom and the sink in the bathroom didn’t have a plug and when you ran the water into it. it leaked onto the floor. On a positive note the staff were very good the bedding and bathroom were very clean and the sea view was amazing and yes I would stay again.

The room was a sea view and very big . We asked for parking but the space was inadequate to get into tbh . Although the hotel was good for the town and the room was adequate, I would say it’s very dated . Some of the decor wasn’t particularly great ie lampshade falling off , broken toilet roll holder . Also windows were quite dirty, hand marks . Saying that the room was clean and tidy
