"The Bed room TV was not working. Things were not properly cleaned. Towels kept were not good for two days. Washrooms spaces were little tight and not accessible for wheel chair person."

The fitted sheets were too small for the mattress in the master bedroom, the TV did not work in the master bedroom, the frying pans provided were badly used and not non-stick, no dish sponges were provided, the main shower barely had any water pressure, the toilets don't flush well. As for the shuttle service, there was no indication from the staff about how to get back to the unit from.the Tremblant Village.
