"Endroit idéal à Tremblant près de tout, très bien situé, appartement avec salon (foyer) et cuisine bien équipée. Grande chambre et le matelas était extrêment confortable. Belle piscine, spa et gym. Grand balcon. Tout était plus que parfait. je recommande cet endroit pour plus d'une journée afin de profiter des installations. Très propre et belle décoration intérieure. Choisir les appartements qui donnent sur le côté de la montagne très belle vue et couché du soleil! Petit paradis!"

"Nous avons loué une suite à deux chambres et nous avons été très surpris par l’espace . C’est grand, bien aménager avec la cuisinette complète, le foyer, le balcon, la télé dans chaque chambre et les deux salles de bains attenantes à chaque chambre. Le personnel est courtois et chaleureux. Vu que le personnel a à cœur de bien servir chaque client nous avons eu à attendre beaucoup pour le service. Il manque selon moi de personnel à l’accueil. De plus nos vélos etaient dans une remise barrée, ce qui est parfait, mais nous avons dû attendre pas mal que quelqu’un vienne nous ouvrir. Notre chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée vers 13 hr, ce qui est comprenable, par contre nous avons dû attendre jusqu’à 16h15 avant d’y avoir accès. Il manquait de charriot à bagage alors nous avons dû tout monter dans nos bras. La piscine chauffée est très bien. Par contre la végétation, qui ajoute à la beauté de l’endroit, est trop près alors la piscine est sale en permanence. Le SPA est grand et spacieux mais il est trop chaud ."

"The hotel was excellent overall. The cleanliness was perfect, and the breakfast was very good. The only thing missing at breakfast was croissants, which would have been a nice addition. The pool area was also very clean and well maintained. However, I would suggest creating a little more atmosphere around the pool. For example, having a pool bar with servers offering drinks, some relaxing music, and a more lively ambiance would make the experience even better. One area that could definitely be improved is the elevator service. The elevators are quite slow, and the waiting time can be long. It might be worth having the elevators inspected or serviced by Otis or another professional elevator company to improve their speed and efficiency. I also found the check-in time of 4:00 PM a little too late. If possible, a 2:00 PM check-in would be much more convenient for guests. Similarly, the 11:00 AM check-out feels a little too early. A 12:00 PM check-out would provide a more comfortable experience. Overall, we had a very good stay, and with a few improvements, the hotel could offer an even better experience to its guests."
