"This property was fantastic, however, Expedia was not. I followed their regulations set forth for cancellation of the last night and am still attempting to get the last night refunded. Expedia continues to delay and repeatedly ask the same information, which I have provided numerous times. While I will absolutely stay at this hotel again, I will NOT use expedia for any future travels."

"The on duty manager was very polite, kind and focused on excellent customer service. The facilities are exceptionally clean and located in a very nice area. "

"I paid for the room a month in advance with situation needing a handicap bathroom/roll in shower. They did not supply me with one, my roommate is an amputee. Very hard for him to use the shower. After going to “4” rooms, They did finally supply a room with a tub with a folded down seat. The rooms were clean, didn’t use any of the amenities. Just disappointed in the bathroom situation."

"This hotel was filthy. I had to take Lysol wipes that I had in my car to wipe down all surfaces including the floors. My room was not cleaned for three of the four nights of our stay, The desk clerk said we had to request it. It was never disclosed to me that this was the process and it was not posted anywhere. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Staff was OK. Parking was OK. "
