"The housekeeping head of staff was very helpful finding me a pillow that helped me get a great nights sleep in the very comfortable bed. I appreciated her friendly manner and determination to find what I asked for. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The young lady that greeted us when we arrived a little early to drop our bags after an early arrival at the airport was not very welcoming or friendly. Perhaps she'd had a difficult morning. The next day she was okay. The other staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is superb! This is a great deal. The pub downstairs is a popular place. Food is very good. I had one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it wholeheartedly."
