The staff were great and our room was clean and updated. The kitchen had what we needed but a bigger bowl for salad or other bigger things would be nice. They have coffee made in the front lobby as well as apples available. The neighborhood is great. Close to Beacon Hill park and right by the museum. The area is wonderful to walk.

Our forth stay and this time we were on the street side, and bottom floor. Unfortunately very noisy from tennant above and off the street.

Front desk and cleaning staff are all helpful and friendly. Only a couple of minutes from the Inner Harbour. Rooms are a comfortable size. Can't think of anything they could do better.
