It’s rare to find an ocean view hotel for a reasonable price, but this hotel has it! We stayed on the top floor with the balcony overlooking the ocean and it was amazing. A beautiful view to wake up to. Highly recommend!

Room is old. Bathroom set-up is very strange. I got the "City View" room - end up over looking OK mart across the street. The room safe didn't work. Lobby smells like bathroom..
Plus side is the location. It's next to the arts and pier area. We were there for Christmas, and there was a Christmas market right in front. Easy access to the green line tram. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good.
Hotel is very busy - lots of tour groups.
