"The room was clean and comfortable. I had booked a 2 queen bed room in advance but was told they only had a king bed available. This was awkward for me since I was staying with an associate, not someone to share a bed with. The reason given about not having the 2 bed room was because I had booked through a third party. The room had no soap for hand washing. The staff tried to accommodate the best they could but only had shower gel."
