"There was no hot water. Room was never cleaned. Never got clean towels. Wa told to take my towels to front desk in order to get clean ones. No bedding or pillows for pull out sofa. Wa told they're were no pillows. Had to go elsewhere to take showers and bathe my kids. Alfredo was very unprofessional and lied to me time and time again. Horrible staff, horrible service. After complaining and not being addressed, had to go to another hotel. Asked for a refund, called Expedia. Expedia couldn't get anyone to take their call. Was place on hold and left there. I asked for management number and Alfredo didn't want to give it to me. I asked 4 times and was asked to call Hotel. I now know why, to blow you off. Put you on hold and leave you there until you get tired of holding. I will never rent at this hotel ever again. Very disappointing."

It took 5 calls to the front desk for her to give me a different network to use, which I did connect to, but it was too slow to do anything with. The room's air conditioner kept the room cool, but it was so loud when operating it interrupted sleep."
