Charged us multiple times and they denied when I told them stating they cannot
Do anything due to me booking via third party. I have alwaya booked with expedia and hotel has contacted them for me and made changes as needed. They also didnt explain the room options well, stating they had no beach view but ended up

Hotel is beautiful but pricey
I had reserved two separate beds and was given a king room
I was traveling with my daughter, so it wasn’t a problem however, if I had been in another situation, I would’ve had to change rooms.
Hotel is very nice but I feel like there’s other nice places in the area that are comparable.
