"Fantastic property. Great views over the harbour if you choose rooms on that side. There is a ledge that you can sit on & sit & enjoy the views or sit & read. Staff were very polite & professional. Room size was very generous & especially liked the bed & bedding. It was a very comfortable sleep. Highly recommend. "

"Room had hair and pee in the bathroom I had to change rooms and purchase my own small bottle of bleach and clean the room myself. No blanket on the bed. The blanket that was is the room was covered in hairs. Also after asking for a clean blanket twice the two they brought to the room were also covered in hairs. Yuck!"

"Everything was great overall, and the staff did their best to handle the situation after I found cockroaches in my room by moving me to another room. Unfortunately, the experience was still quite disturbing and affected my stay."

"Only 3 of the 6 elevators appeared to be working (but there was no signage to confirm this) which resulted in my low mobility mother and I having to wait more than 25 minutes for an elevator to check out, at which point she had to force herself into an already full elevator while I took the stairs. We requested to be taken down in the staff elevator and were denied and told to wait or take the stairs. Very disappointed in the service and this experience and wouldn't recommend it to others especially those with accessibility issues."

"The room was amazing and was super clean when I first arrived. It did take a couple days of having my room cleaning sign outside my door for the staff to clean it but it wasn’t too big of a deal as I was only one person. The communal kitchen was not too useful as all of the plates, bowls and cutlery were used. The building was overall very clean. The laundry room and roof were nicely maintained and the pac man machine was a great inclusion in the laundry room. I had a lovely stay!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included is great! Double glazed windows helps traffic noise, but doesn't eliminate it. Nice staff. Unfortunately our room had a bad smell which we assumed was from the previous occupant's cooking/food. We left the door open for a while with exhaust fan on too which helped, but the smell returned overnight and was unpleasant. "
