"The conference rooms had terrible temperature control, we were either sweating or freezing. The beds were too soft, & the pillows were terrible it was hard to sleep. The shower that I took at the property was nothing but cold water for the entire 20 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The only good thing was the staff. Friendly, outgoing and helpful at every turn

"I've stayed at a lot of hotels and very few had fresh towels in the pool no matter what time we were there. This hotel had towels at all hours which was a blessing as our kids wanted to swim at the start, Middle and end of the day. The afternoon popcorn and evening drinks were a pleasant surprise too. Great hotel in downtown St Louis! "

"The location of the hotel is a great location for attending events at the Enterprise Center. The foods offered for the evening and the breakfast foods were good. We liked the room; it was a good size. The thing that we did not like was the hotel is older and the charging options aren't as good. We were in room 303 and neither plug-in on the lamp in between the beds did not work at all."
