"Stayed for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the space, cleanliness, location next to Leach Hwy, great king bed, lovely led lights over bed, outside area to sit, easy check-in & parking, various dining options over the road. Bathroom is smallish & was a bit of traffic noise early in night, but I was given a back room which was further away from Albany Hwy. I'll be coming again, very reasonable cost."

"booking, key collection and drop off were excellent. Significant background noise levels were present overnight and early morning. Including rattling sliding doors to balcony. Unfortunately I am a very light sleeper so did not get much sleep on first night and gave up on second night and left at 1am. "

"Stayed at the property for one night while walking the Railway Reserve Heritage trail. Motel is conveniently located about 100m from where the trail crosses Great Eastern Highway between Sawyer’s Valley and Mundaring. Basic motel facilities but clean, comfortable and convenient which was all I needed for the night and was at the right price point."

"One minor thing was a noise which only started in the morning at around 7am. Not sure what it was, but definitely within the motel itself or grounds. It didn't bother us too much though as we were usually up by then anyway. The Juniper and Bay was absolutely wonderful. "

The door handles are about 650mm from the floor, and anyone interested in trainspotting and with a keen grasp of the Perth airport schedule will love the stay here. Seriously, they are pretty quiet, very comfortable and amazingly clean."

"Fraser Suites is well located with bus transport to the city and the airport. There is a supermarket in walking distance. Parks are nearby for walking. Our accommodation was a studio suite and was well appointed with cooking facilities a small dishwasher and spacious. We would have liked a couch rather than the one chair. The pillow menu information on the bed needs to be upgraded as the 4 pillows supplied were terrible. The carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced as it was stained in...
