“The beach was lovely! The kitchen was clean.”

“DO NOT BOOK HERE I was told 1) - it be a double bed room with futon Arrived 0 futon 2) dirty bathroom / renovations not finished 3) couldn’t move our room 4) charged a $25 early check in fee 5) didn’t tell us about loud music until very late had difficulty putting kids to sleep. They will not refund me or anything it’s complete Bs. Here are pictures. I couldn’t even shower here.”

“This is a great place to stay. Everything was outstanding. I had only 1 issue and that was just a slow draining shower. I told them at the front desk I was leaving for a bit and could they look at it. Indeed when I returned in 2 hours it was working fantastic. Room was very clean, shower was hot and had lots of pressure. I will stay here again for sure if I pass through Maine in the future. Very nice and courteous staff all the way around as well. Beats a lot of pricier hotels I have...

“Kensi checked us in on Saturday and could not have been more helpful or pleasant. The staff during our stay were tremendously helpful & friendly. We met Whitney, the owner, when we checked out and she was so genuinely appreciative of us choosing her motel over so many other choices at Old Orchard Beach.”

“If you’re booking this property, be sure to verify that you’re reserving a room in the hotel and not the motel. Unfortunately, our room was very dated and looked nothing like the photos shown online. We also found that there were no guest laundry facilities available, despite the listing stating that laundry services were offered. Be aware that the rooms are quite noisy. A train passes by multiple times throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, our experience did not match...

“Stay was great. Room suited our needs. My only complaint is that there were 3 of us staying in the room. After a long day of travel we all wanted to shower and discovered there were only 2 towels in the room. I thought perhaps they made a mistake and didn’t realize there were 3 of us when they cleaned the room. I mean 2 towels even for 2 people staying for 3 nights seemed inadequate. When I reached out reminding them there were 3 of us and 2 towels they stated their policy was 2 towels per room...
