The stay started as a holiday from hell with the hotel putting us in a run-down worker's accommodation because they didn't have a room available. We were given our room the next day—a spacious room on the 2nd floor with a large bathroom and balcony. The staff were amazing, especially Ramazan/Rambo. They always have a smile on their face regardless of the endless hours they work. A bell at the reception will definitely help as it was unmanned most of time. Breakfast daily is a table service and from a selection of three options. Additional options can be ordered separately for a charge. The hotel offered us a free late checkout but our request to refund us for our first night was rejected, which we think is disappointing,to say the least.

Otelin yenilenmesi gerekir. Calisanlar yardimci olmaya calisiyor ama eksik kahvalti cok kalite degil fiyata gore kalite düsük. Yenilemeyi ve renovasyonu öneriyorum.

Mitten in der Altstadt von Mardin gelegen, freundliches Personal und tolle Aussicht. Leider kein Aufzug, sodass Koffer zu Fuß getragen werden müssen. Insgesamt ein Hotel, das für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gesorgt hat.

Oteli genel olarak sevdik aslında tek sıkıntı ve bence büyük bir sıkıntı 14.00 de teslim etmeleri gereken odayı 17.00de teslim ettiler. Bizden önceki müşteri geç çıkış yapmış biz önce başka bir odaya alındık. Gerçi sonra gerekli transferi otel yaptı. Bu sorun dışında gayet keyifli bir oteldi

Nie wieder absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Wo soll ich nur anfangen? Vom kaltem Wasser bis hin zum Parkplatzproblem oder die total veralteten Möbel? Oder der ständigen Lärmbelästigung bis nachts um 2 Uhr? Irgendwann ist auch gut… Die Leute kommen um sich auszuruhen… Oder dem Frühstück von 8-10 Uhr? Woanders ist Frühstück von 7-11 Uhr. Durch die Lärmbelastung kann man nicht ausgeruht aufwachen und verpasst das Frühstück! Außer dem Personal im Restaurant nichts Gutes… Zudem sind wir in der Türkei und alles ist in £ angeschrieben und alles doppelt so teuer!

The 1st night at 1am there was drilling on the wall and lots of banging and hammering happening. We could not sleep and when we complained next morning, they said that it was next building to them. Also the breakfast was very mediocre. However, the hotel receptioniest lady was nice.

Güler yüzlü personel, ortalama hizmet

İşletmede güler yüzlü personel sizleri karşılıyor. Biz bahçe manzaralı oda tutmuştuk fakat balkona çıkınca boyunuz kısaysa bahçeyi göremiyorsunuz çünkü bodrum kattı. Odaları temiz ve yatağı konforluydu. 3 günlük tatilimizde son gece balayı çifti olduğumuz için bizi kral dairesine alıp jest yaptılar. Kahvaltısına gelince tipik Türk kahvaltısıydı ürün bazında ucuz salam, yumurta, peynir, zeytin, reçel vardı; standart kahvaltı diyebiliriz. Odada diğer otellerde olduğu gibi ücretsiz kettle ve su yoktu. Mini barın içinde olan her şey ücretliydi. Ücretlere gelince müşterilerinin çoğu İngiliz olduğu için pound üzerinden ücretlendirme yapılıyordu. Pound kurunun hergün artıyor olması Türk müşteriler için pek avantajlı değil.

Hej har bokat och vart på en resa till turkiet fethiye för det första så bokade vi ett delyxe rum fast när det står delyxe på eran hemsida betyder detta standard hos dom ( sa dom ). spa ,bastu ,bubbelpool,sa dom att dom ej hade hunnit bygga kanske nästa år!!!. handdukar i rummet var fläckiga och smutsiga och ibland byttes dom inte , pingisbord , darttavla, biljardbord existerade ej . städerskan rökte medans hon städade rummen och detta va jätte jobbigt pga min astma.,det fanns även katter som sprang runt i matsalen är även pälsdjursallargiker så var tvungen att använda min medicin mer än nödvändigt och det påverkar min ork och detta påverkade givetvis min vecka i turkiet . vi åkte dit för att fira femårig förlovning och kan med dessa korta rader säga att jag är allt annat än nöjd ,och när man är besviken och onöjd då känns det som man inte kan lita på er och det ni lovat mvh

Schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Team

Wir haben das Hotel kurzfristig (1h vorher) gebucht, weil unser Segeltörn ins Wasser gefallen ist. Trotzdem hat alles super geklappt und wir haben ein tolles Zimmer bekommen. Das Team vom Han Hotel ist sehr nett und alles ist sauber. Die Gegend dort scheint fest in englischer Hand zu sein, aber das macht ja nix - man muss halt ein bißchen länger suchen, um ordentliches Essen zu kriegen ;-)

Very cozy hotel in great location. One complain though: you are not allowed to bring any food or drinks (including water) into the hotel, i.e., mini bar for anything to drink. And there's not even a kettle or a coffee maker in your room. Go figure:)

Hotel très accueillant

Hotel conforme au description avec personnel très accueillant mais ne parlant que le turc et l'anglais situé dans le quartier sud Hisaronu de la petite ville de Oludeniz à coté d'une rue commerçante très animée. L,hôtel est située à une altitude d'environ 500m donc journée chaude et soirée plus fraiche qu'au niveau de la mer. Au début octobre,la piscine n'étant pas chauffer l'eau était relativement froide.Le restaurant de l'hôtel sert une bonne cuisine variée à tendance anglo-saxonne étant donné que la majorité des touristes sont anglais. Cet hôtel est très bien desservis par les transports en commun et bien situé ( 3,5 km de la plage et 14 km de la ville de Fethiye.

This is a lovely hotel. Generous sized rooms. Staff very helpful. Good pool and pool bar. No loud music-wonderful.Breakfast a bit poor, not too much choice. The restuarant attached to hotel is very good though and eating out is cheap. We had a lovely lovely time.
