"The location was great right in front of the park where the paragliders land and with a view of the snow capped mountains. Fifteen minutes walk from both interlaken east and west stations. Halal food places nearby. Inside the hotel looked nice and clean though the rooms were very basic. The front of the building however looked awful...really run down and I was shocked when I saw it. The photos on the listing only show the building at night in the dark with lights on so you can't really tell. It's a shame because it really lets the hotel down. Also the breakfast buffet had very limited options considering it wasn't a cheap hotel. I was quite disappointed because I had expected more."

The breakfast was wonderful, the scenery amazing, and it was so quiet and off the beaten path. Bus stop was within steps of the hotel driveway. About 15 minutes to Spiez train station and about 30 minutes by bus to Interlakaen Oust Train station."
