Clean room, good breakfast. The hotel is over 300 years old, that comes with pluses and minuses. For us, it made for a unique and authentic experience that was worth the outdated fixtures. Our room also had an unbeatable view.

A beautiful property with friendly staff and lovely service. The restaurant serves delish food !! Wilderswil is a quaint town with swiss houses around and expansive views of snow clad mountains. Our room offered view of the snow clad mountains and cosy setting inside.

Room was cozy and had great views. Quiet town away from tourists. Breakfast buffet included. Nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. The only downside was the lack of friendliness among staff, especially the evening waitress who was snippy from the start. The evening receptionist was also a little cold and the morning staff did not acknowledge us at all both mornings.

Hotel aconchegante, vista linda para os Alpes e café da manhã espetacular. Todos os colaboradores muito prestativos. Local tranquilo e com fácil acesso a todos os passeios da região. O apartamento que ficamos era bem espaçoso. Nos hospedamos com criança e foi tudo preparado para recebê-la. Importante ressaltar que se trata de um prédio histórico, o que pode dificultar a acessibilidade. Tivemos a experiência de jantar no restaurante do hotel e foi ótimo. A comida deliciosa e o atendimento maravilhoso.

Loved our stay here, such a charming hotel in a beautiful location. Parking on-site & convenient spot to get everywhere. Room was spacious, clean & warm, pack earplugs though as not super soundproofed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast & restaurant foods were delicious.
