“An old heritage hotel located in downtown San Francisco. Although it maintains the old fashionable style, you must be prepared for the unpleasant smell that hits you as soon as you enter the room. In addition to the hotel charge I paid by hotels.com, I must pay a daily urban fee of $35 and a 1.67% urban fee tax. If I had known in advance, I don't think I would have chosen this hotel.”

“They assigned and insisted a lower rate room as a higher rate room that I reserved and prepaid. The room was not cleaned and another rooms hwas assigned. ”

“Good location – close to tourist areas, and Trader Joe’s is nearby. The room was spacious, including both the bedroom and the bathroom. The staff were kind and friendly. They also offer free morning coffee and afternoon wine. If you book with breakfast included (for two people), they give you a $50 voucher per night. A 20% tip, 5% San Francisco health surcharge, and 8.65% sales tax are automatically added to the bill.”
