“Tea towel, although clean was badly stained and should be replaced”

“Check in and out was easy, the staff were friendly and overall we had a great experience. The hotel is located centrally with an easy walk to bars, cafe etc. Parking was a bonus and also one of the reasons I selected the hotel. The hotel itself was quite dated compared to the photos. In saying that though our room was clean and tidy.”

“Parking was outside the door, its an older property and you get what you pay for. It was clean. The kitchen is adequate.”

“Good location and good for a night while going through Hamilton. However,we were booked for 3 adults but only 2 towels were supplied. And small soap for 3 of us to shower twice!!! One of the pillows was just a small cushion packed in a big pillow case!! It was very uncomfortable to get in jet tub which was quite raised to get a shower and get out. Water was leaking from the tub”

“Tidy unit, place is a little run down but absolutely fine and the price was fantastic! Walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbours but overall it was a very quiet and comfortable stay. Lovely accomodating staff!”
