"De longe, foi o hotel mais antipático em que fiquei na vida! Na entrada, eles entregam um lista com regras e pedem para você assinar. Tem regra para tudo! Particularmente, as regras não me incomodaram, pois não sou fumante, não faço barulho e não levo cooler com bebidas para a praia. Mas achei a postura agressiva. No quarto tinha um aviso estabelecendo multa de 250 reais por fumar. O jantar tem que ser pedido até às 19:30 e só começam a servir a partir deste mesmo horário. Quando meu filho era...

"Pagamos por um quarto especial ( portanto mais caro) com saida diretamente para a piscina. Porém nao podemos usufruir pois a mesma estava completamente suja, nos foi informado que estaria limpa no dia seguinte, o que não ocorreu! O lavatório estava entupido e nao havia serviço de quarto. No café da manhã, apesar de sermos atendidos em algumas solicitações, era tudo muito limitado, havendo um certo constrangimento em solicitar a reposição!
