"Very clean, loved the heated pool! A few things could have been supplied, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, paper towels. Construction was noisy, when finished will be fine! Great value and was very nice would recommend to anyone!"

"Was disappointed by the condition of the hall carpets; they need to be changed. My grandson tripped on a seam that was lifted. Also was not happy to see there was no coffee available throughout the day; most hotels have a coffee station for guests. The breakfast buffet was acceptable, but I believe they could have waited a bit longer to put things away, as there were a few people still eating when they closed everything down, including coffee, juice, etc. The pool could have been cleaner as well. Overall, the stay was okay, but I expect more from the Hyatt and will look around at other options before booking with Hyatt, as that is our usual go-to hotel."
