The property barely looked like a hotel, the ac in the room was not working, the staff disappeared once I received my hotel room, and very little communication was given overall. The room also had a few bugs and was smaller than normal. It was far from anything else of note and was not in a convenient location.

Die Unterkunft ist so unmöglich, dreckig und ekelhaft. Die Bettwäsche war benutzt und voller Flecken. Das Hotel ist völlig verwahrlost!!! Wir konnten dort nicht übernachten , wir mussten ein anderes Hotel buchen! Leider haben wir keine Fotos gemacht, wir waren so angeekelt wir konnten nur noch weg. Aus diesem Grund möchte ich eine Rückerstattung für nicht geleistete Dienste! Das "Hotel "würden sie besser nicht weitervermitteln!!!! Mit freundlichem Gruß Schewe

Nous sommes venus hier soir (10/07/2024), a l’arrivée nous avions juste l’impression de déranger , le code des portes donné sur un bout de papier de TPE, j’ai payer 48€ alors que l’agent d’accueil a vu mon bon de réservations avec le montant de 57€ pour qu’au final il revienne toquer à la porte redemander le reste, un peu bizarre comme organisation… nous avons eu la surprise de ne pas avoir d’eau chaude après avoir été se plaindre à l’accueil on nous a simplement répondu que c’était comme ça depuis plusieurs jours, aucunes excuses aucun geste commercial je trouve ça vraiment pas professionnel. Plein de poils dans la salle de bain, le savon dur poser n’importe comment au dessus des toilettes. Des taches sûrement de crasses présente sur la chasse d’eau. Le frigo qui présentais une odeur horrible très forte d’acide ou quelque chose du genre a en faire tourner la tête. Malgres le faible prix de l’hébergement je pense qu’un minimum est quand même impératif. Les bruits dans les couloirs toute la nuit la lumière qui s’allume et s’éteint, entendre les autre clients depuis leur chambre, l’isolation est sérieusement à revoir. Le détecteur de fumée qui est recouvert de scotch, manque de sécurité sérieux, cet endroit est malaisant, Très très déçu de cet hébergement et du personnel qui n’a absolument pas l’air qualifié qui parle à peine et ne cherche pas du tout à satisfaire ses clients , vraiment à fuir !!!

Accueil pas top vous demande 1.50 au lieu de 0.95 ??? comme écrit sur votre facture hôtel.com on vous empêche de dormir a faire le message dans le couloirs vers 2h du mat!!!! La douche juste devant le toilette pas top et dans le haul tout le linge salle qui est à terre sa fait pas présentable Je conseil cette hôtel a personne

Hotel insalubre

Hotel pas recommandable a notre arriver personne pour nous accueillir porte toute fermer attente 20 minutes pour que lon vienne nous ouvrir la direction nous a demander 1€50 en plus par personne et par jour en plus du prix demander sur le site les douches insalubres de la moisissures sur les murs evacuation boucher la chambre a revoir Hotel ne vaux pas le prix demander un F1 et encore mieux entretenu
