"After spending almost 10hrs at 2 different airports due to flight cancellations and delays, I finally arrived at around 2am. The gentleman that assisted me was beyond helpful and super nice! I didn’t catch his name cause I was so exhausted. As soon as I walked in it smelled great lol, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was quiet. Didn’t get to have their breakfast due to having to be in class at 6am each morning but everything was perfect! Will definitely stay here again when I come back next semester. "

"My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks was unfortunately very disappointing. The noise level throughout the night was extremely disruptive, and the walls seemed very thin, making it difficult to get any rest. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The worst part of the experience happened around 4:30 AM when I was woken up by someone entering the building yelling and screaming while staff threatened to call the police. It created an unsafe and stressful environment and completely ruined the night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"This is my go-to stay wherever I may travel! I love the separate bedroom/sleeping area, which allows for my night owl travel partner to stay up late, and yet allows me to get up early (hello coffee!). The properties nationwide are consistently clean, well maintained, quiet and secure. The beds are also consistently comfortable, and the breakfast bar is exceptional. To top all that wonderful off, the staff is friendly, helpful, engaging and kind."

"The hotel is located right next to a bar/restaurant that plays loud music that shook our room until very late (1am). Might not be ideal for light sleepers or if you have kids that need rest. We didn’t sleep well that night."

"We got there at 4 pm an hour after check in starts and they didn't know what rooms where clean, they were really busy we booked 2 rooms. The staff was very nice but made us wait a while and when I got my room it smelled like cigarettes and I have small children so I had to go back to change my room they were able to give me another room after 15 min, I ended up getting into my room after 5 pm. Sadly when we used the bathtub it didn't seem clean and the carpet had a big stain like puke that had some splatter into the wall. I was very dissaponted about this Marriot facility, usually Marriot hotels are great but this one was rather dissaponted. The breakfast area was very cramp and crowed, very little seating areas. The pool and hot tub are very dirty. The staff were really nice and tried to help, but everything seem very disorganized. The next morning they didn't have any pool towels and when we ask for blankets we had to wait a while to get clean ones. The beds are comfortable. The room was quiet even though we were really close to the freeway so that was good."

"Room was good. Two comments. 1. Handicap room but toilet was not a handicap toilet. Not a big problem because bars were installed in bathroom. 2. Blackout shade could not be pulled up or adjusted. Other than that, enjoyed the room. Plenty of outlet, Bed was comfortable and room was clean."
