Above and Beyond Good Customer Service

My mother recently traveled to visit my nephew, she is not familiar with ride share apps (Uber/Lyft) so when there were no taxi's available because of an event in town, the staff booked her ride to and from the hospital. They went above and beyond good service!

Will Visit Again!

The lady at the front desk to check in with was very friendly and quick to get us in our room. She knew we were on vacation to get away from the kids for a weekend so she switched us rooms to be away from any kids. They have very simple but clean rooms! The bed was comfortable and room was at great temperature! Rooms were clean, awesome choice of tv shows and great shower. The pool and hot tub is 24/7 which is so nice only complaint was the hot tub was not working. They have a beautiful out doors with a fire pit and awesome seating area as well as a breakfast til 11am and a Starbucks and bar on location!

Changed room once as there were crying babies in the next room with a connecting door. The. Second rooms shower handle wouldn’t turn on, and since it was Sunday it didn’t get fixed during my stay. But the staff were really nice and friendly, and trying to help.
