"The hot tub was dirty. The scum on the hot tub wall was disgusting. There was so much chlorine that youre eyes burned and couldn't keep them open. The doors to each buldind are broken so sometimes you got locked out and had to walk all the way around to get in. The sleeper sofa was beyond uncomfortable. The mattress was like sleeping on nothing. For the cost of a room, it was not worth it at all"

"Perfect Hotel for our stay at Snowbird. Quick and easy 100m walk to the base lodge which made us stay so much easier. Really nice and helpful staff. Great food at the restaurant. Nice pool, hot tub, sauna for afterwards. Less fancy than neighboring and sister Cliffs hotel but an easy ride over to use the amenities. "

"It's a bit of a walk to the tram from the room. Not bad, but not exactly ski in/ski out. Pool and hot tub were fantastic apres ski amenities. Tea and coffee in the lobby is lovely, but it would also be nice if there were a bit of fruit, yogurt, muffins etc available for breakfast, so you don't have to have breakfast at the mountain. Staff was SUPER helpful and friendly."
