We loved the location of this room...within a very short, easy walk from the Maria Santa Novella train station. And from there was very easy walking to LOTS of great dining and fun things to do. We booked a room with the jet tub and sauna and we loved it. There was a noticeable and unpleasant odor that persisted during our short stay. Also was odd that they kept asking for the same check-in details...both through What'sApp and thru the Expedia app?

The room itself is clean, but it is smaller than photos. The main entrance/ hallway leading to the guest house itself is something that I did not expect. Good location, very close to train station.

Do not hesitate to book this place. The location is outstanding, the place was VERY CLEAN and offered EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay, from cold water to code and tea, I would most definitely come back again! A+++

Host is awesome, easy to contact and pleasant to speak to. He even let us leave our bags in the hallway whilst we doing the Florence tour. Property is superb, modern and everything you need is there. Perfect for family of 4. Recommended for family of 4 with small Kids

The property was super clean and host was friendly and accommodating; giving me and my family her time to suggest places to eat, and even allowed us to keep our bags in after checking out I would definitely stay here again.

Lack of an elevator was the only thing lacking from this unique B&B. That being said it is clearly advertised that there is no elevator. It was clean & comfortable in a great location. Not recommended if you have heavy luggage or a disability. Otherwise it was a lovely stay with clear communication.

Fantastic location just down from the station in a hip area with great bars and restaurants. Comfortable beds and lovely and clean. Could do with ventilation in bathroom and air fresheners but otherwise fantastic.and restaurants

Artemide guest house was well located. The room was very clean and modern. However, two major issues: the a/c didn’t work even though the room got hot. Apparently one can not put on ac till mid may. One could not open the window because the alarm would ring, and because there are lots of mosquitoes outside. The entry to the apartment on the ground floor just stinks. The area possibly has never been cleaned. Its a pity because the apartment itself is nice and modern and clean. Overall not a great experience.
