We loved our stay! The place was perfect for our family of four. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the AC worked amazingly (we were in Florence with temperatures in upper 90s in fahrenheit). The location was convenient to various sites, restaurants, etc. In addition, there were thoughtful welcome boxes, and we loved how the place was decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was charming, convenient and Alessio was accommodating in every way. There are 60 steps to get to the floor that these hotel rooms are on. Do not stay here if you have any limitations at all for physical activity. There is an additional flight of stairs to get to the bedroom and bathroom with two additional steps to the bathroom. It was hard to navigate at night. Ok if 20-45 yrs old and fit. No better options. Ruined my vacation!

The property was beautifully designed with attentive to even the tiniest detail. We appreciated the focus on traveler comfort and ease, including lovely toiletries, free water daily, and an in-room curated wine selection available for purchase.
