The Gallery Hotel Art was a exceptional stay from start to finish. The staff are friendly and polite, the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated, the bed was so comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the breakfasts were just right. The rooftop bar was a fun addition as well. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The hotel has a great location and excellent facilities including a spectacular terrace. The room is comfortable and with great amenities, I see opportunity in renewing some of the room furniture. The breakfast at the Library restaurant is also great.

Beautiful, well-appointed hotel, lovely clean rooms with quaint old-fashioned fixtures. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly, helping us to arrange tickets, taxis, etc. And, the location is perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Florence, and we will stay at this hotel again.

Love the rooms + service + staff. Location is great, right in the heart of Florence. Not so happy with the breakfast buffet - not much options but ambience is great! I will still choose to stay in this hotel if I come back to Florence.
