Excellent location just 5 mins walk to tram station. The hotel is very high tech with proximity card sensor very clean and looks modern. The staff was excellent throughout our stay and went above and beyond to assist us on everything from breakfast help, injury assistance and even as a guide to the city. The aircon is very cold.

Very clean and up styled hotel. Staff were l very nice and helpful. The room was large, very clean, we enjoyed the stay. Will certainly recommend this hotel for those who into details. The Ariel’s is a beautiful Hotel set in the middle of Florence - easy walking distance to everything. The hotel patio and garden offer a great break to have breakfast it a glass of wine. The rooms are gorgeous and very clean.
