We had a wonderful stay at the Monna Lisa. Staff was extremely cordial, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the location is perfect. The breakfast was superb and the kitchen staff were awesome too. All in all, a great experience; highly recommended!!!

The Hotel Mona Lisa exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The staff incredibly helpful, kind and professional. Properly is very beautiful and the staff ver friendly. We upgraded to a second floor room with a balcony overlooking their garden which was lovely. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

This was a perfect hotel during a road trip thru Europe. Picked the hotel due for its magnificent decor and history. Staff is very attentive to our needs and assisted us for reservations to museums and restaurants during our 3 day 2 night stay. Excellent location near to all major POI. Public parking less than 2 minutes walk.

The peaceful garden for escaping from the hub-bub of Florence was an absolute delight. The breakfast spread was absolutely exceptional. Sadly, no restaurant.

In general everything was good, the hotel manager was very attentive to everything, the two Sri Lankans gentlemen in the restaurant were very helpful and attentive and the Italians at the bar were wonderful with their margaritas and Ciak's spectacular harp concert

The Monna Lisa Hotel is a charming, historic, haven situated within the historic district of Firenze. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The bar and garden was laid back and just what is needed after a day walking among the many historic sites. The daily breakfast, which was included in the bill, had many options and was provided by friendly staff in a beautiful setting. Our family loved it and will return!!

This property surrounds multiple gardens and is located in Florence away from the maddening crowds. One can walk to the most popular attractions within minutes. Hotel Staff was extremely helpful in securring a taxi at 5:00 AM to the airport. Unfortunately, due to our brief stay, we were unable to enjoy the hotel's breakfast buffet and gardens during daylight hours. A tragically short stay at a classy hotel.

My daughter and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a very classic charm with a beautiful garden. We were greeted upon entry and shown around the property, then to our room. We loved the history of the place and the authentic Italian charm. Our room was spacious and quiet with comfortable beds. There were plenty of toiletries. They did a turn down service in the evenings and put a little chocolate on our beds, along with a stepping mat and house slippers next to the bed. For breakfast there is a very nice buffet breakfast that had so many options and the staff is very kind and attentive. My daughter and I were so sad to leave when it was time to check out. We absorb loved our time staying at the Monna Lisa hotel. If you are looking for an authentic Italian feel for your stay, this is the place for you.
