Great location on an open piazza. Staff was very kind, even got our room quickly ready for us when we ended up arriving 2 hours early. Everything was clean and they had a water fountain, espresso machine and biscuits for guest 24/7. Free WiFi that worked very well. A bit of a long walk to the train station with heavy bags but the property was great.

This hotel was honestly the best! So adorable and cute. The AC was working great and the room got super chilly (which was amazing during this summer heat wave!) The location was also AMAZING! So close to everything and you could walk everywhere.

Perfect place to stay to explore all Florence has to offer! Centrally located, clean, VERY comfortable beds and the best air conditioning I’ve ever had in Europe. They also have a filtered water machine in the lobby which is great for staying hydrated in the summer heat. We would definitely stay here again :)

Great location, easy access yet very secure and good sized room. Helpful and friendly staff and would stay here again. It was very nice, it is downtown in piazza area. Just be mindful of luggage since you will have to walk with it across the plaza to get a taxi.

This hotel is very well maintained and they did an excellent job with the interior upgrades/remodeling. The location is excellent in the center of Florence. They have cold water, coffee and biscuits/cookies in the lobby (a bonus). It was the nicest hotel we stayed in during this particular trip to Europe. We are not a family that seeks out 5-star hotels, so this was a treat to have something that was upgraded and well designed. Maybe not a 5-star for those that utilize a bigger budget, but for the price and having kids with us, it was a very good value.
