Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. I initially booked because of its location and how well designed the rooms looked - very aesthetic. But I was super impressed with how friendly and accommodating the management and staff were. Not to mention it was totally spotless. We had easy access to everything we wanted to see in Florence and were also able to leave our bags at the hotel when we checked out and still wanted to explore a bit more.
