We spent two nights in Florence on our Italian vacation and I had picked this property mainly because it was so close to city center but after we arrived we found it was so much more. There is artwork throughout the hotel and even a fresco on our ceiling, I had no idea until we arrived but the wife just fell in love with this place. The location is just a few minutes walk from everything with tons of restaurants and shops all around. The AC worked well and everything was very clean to. It there’s any complaint it would be that the area is noisy in the evenings so expect street noise from the happy crowds but it wasn’t anything that we minded.

This place was absolutely amazing!! If I could I would've have stayed longer. After getting used to tiny hotel rooms, it was extremely comforting to have so much space!!! Honestly right next to the duomo, food, other landmarks whole still being so spacious was such a comfort. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

We really enjoyed this hotel! Spectacular location! It was so close to everything. The room we had was more like a 1 bed apartment with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom with 2 queen beds and a bathroom. Staff was friendly & the hotel was quiet.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
Main positive: right next to the Duomo, big space. Negative: there was barely any amenities available - no moisturiser, no hair conditioner, no slippers or robes. Honestly the photos made it look a lot nicer than it really was unfortunately. Staff were polite enough but no real effort was made to make the stay memorable.
