The best about this apartment is the location. Walking distance to most attractions. It’s a bit tight for six people, but it works well if you plan to stay a few days only.

It was perfect for our family of 5. 2 adults, 3 teens. We had our own space, and although it wasn’t huge, it was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was quaint and the bathroom was modern and spotless…there’s even a towel warmer! Wish we could have stayed longer! The location was also just right, we had no trouble getting around from there using our gps walking and we were able to eat at several nearby restaurants which were amazing! We definitely want to go back to this spectacular city someday and we will rent this place again when we do.

What a great experience this was. Part of a dream vacation. Communication and entry were perfect. The bed and bedding, the bathroom (shower, sink, space, water pressure) all outstanding. The parlor area and dinette/kitchen were just fine, and the whole package made us wish we were staying in Florence longer. Easy walk from our quiet, safe street to the heart of Florence. Great shopping and restaurants within 5 minutes. 4 lovely restaurants on the street within 1 minute. Lastly, they have free secure spacious lockers for luggage checking in the downstairs lobby. Along with coffee, tea and snacks to enjoy. We are already looking forward to our return to Florence and this cozy, wonderful apartment. Worth every penny!

The apartments are very pretty, modern and in a great location in Florence. The check-in instructions were great and info about when the rooms were ready were on-time and clear. Our family was bitten by bed bugs in apt 101 and they ultimately were helpful, but it was difficult to get to their support. Their main communication is via WhatsApp, but the number on Expedia does not take WhatsApp. You have to trigger their chat bot a certain way. While this was the only place we had stayed in Florence, they made us feel like we were lying about the bites even when I clearly said I wasn’t looking for money back and there are reviews on Bookings website that mention bed bugs. It’s a jarring experience and I’d encourage the support to have more empathy… or go sleep in the bed so you know the experience of waking up with clusters of bites. Travelers should check recent reviews and know how to check for bed bugs.

The Best Location

The best location. Absolutely the best. Everything is within a 15-20 minute walk. The place was pretty clean. I will definitely want to stay there again. However, the other floor tenants were too too loud. There are too many ppl just sitting around in the lobby area.

Excellent apartment

Nicely furnished modern apartment not far from all the excitement. The queen bed was comfy while the sofa bed was so so. Shower was excellent. Elevator was small but moved quickly. Free storage (8 spaces) downstairs. Dislike: no space to open medium size suitcases in the bedroom.

My family of four had a great stay here in Florence. I was a little apprehensive since it was not a standard hotel but I was overly pleased with the accommodations and arrangements. Communication via what’s app was very helpful and punctual. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. It was in a great location and close to everything we wanted to do.

The property is well maintained. If you do not mind not having an actual front desk, this is the place to go. Communication is through virtual agent but I did not have any issues at all. They were prompt in responding to my queries. I highly recommend the Numa apartment!

It was a bit of a dark and dingy feel. The fire alarm is so sensitive it goes off just for taking a shower. Not really a hotel, no cleaners throughout your stay. We were attacked by mosquitos and hopefully not bed bugs but we each would get at least 8 bites a night and could hear the bugs buzzing around us. Location is great but not nearly as bright and comfortable as the photos lead on.

The property itself was very nice. The interior is very modern and updated, and wifi was fast. For a longer stayer it definitely felt pretty comfortable and was a worthwhile tradeoff for the lack of service. Location is very good, being basically in the middle of the downtown historic center of Florence; pretty much every major attraction was walkable. Noise wasn't too big of an issue, but the building itself is old and especially the floors and ceilings transfer a lot of sound. I found that the all-digital receptionless still has some teething issues. For example I traveled alone, but accidentally booked for two because that's the Expedia default search. This caused issue at check-in since I didn't have info for two people, and Numa and Expedia basically hot-potatoed me around without solving anything. The lack of reception also means that if your baggage is delayed there's no where to deliver it to. Ultimately I think the property itself is quite nice, but I think I still prefer having some sort of on-site reception.

Worst stay in my whole Italian tour. 2 people max.

Worst stay in my whole trip to Italy. To start, the check-in procedure was awful. Up to a couple hours before I arrived the property I did not even received my access code. After trying several times to reach out the owners (and having to stop by the road and pay for local calls), I had to submit my documents multiple times in order to receive the access codes to the apartment. Its only good thing is the location, which is indeed central (5-10 minutes of most touristic venues). The rest is horrible. The apartment is extremely small and should never accept a reservation for 4 guests. The bathroom had no windows and looked like a sauna after 2 minutes with the shower on - imagine after 4 people showering. The electric vents does not work. Also, if someone is in the shower and one of the other 3 guests needs to use the bathroom, good luck (because you will need it). The flush was broken. The AC in the room was very dirty. There was no blankets in the room. In 3 days of stay, no one came in to at least clean the trash cans and replace toilet paper. When trying to communicate my problems through the WhatsApp of the owner, we got really passive-aggresive/ironic messages. Finally it is important to mention that the apartment is way smaller than it looks on the photos. This is adequate for 2 people maximum (never 4). Finally, if you are staying here and you have a car, check out Garage delle Terme which is really close to the property.
